Cherish This Day | April 22nd

It must be Tuesday, the day my image - along with a group of amazingly talented photographers submit an image where together we tell a story of the importance of cherishing each day.

My oldest is a lover of all things living. I can always find her in the dirt looking for anything living she can care for. Each spring for her birthday she asks for caterpillars. So much heart and soul goes into caring for them as she watches them spin their chrysalis and transform into butterflies. She waits as patiently as possible for the day she can get them out and hold them. A day she certainly cherishes.
