my passion for photography stems from a desire to capture and preserve memories. i believe the most memorable pictures come from the moments when you are simply being yourself; and therefore i have great interest in lifestyle photography. showing your personality and capturing memories in each photo to be remembered forever is my goal. perfectly posed pictures, not so much.

i am married to my best friend and the love of my life. truly. we met in 9th grade, were best friends through our high school years, started dating after graduation, married 3 years later, and now together we have three beautiful young children. my family is important above all else and is my first priority.

i am an all-or-nothing kind of person which frequently backfires! for example i love sugar and have no control around it. swedish fish, mmm. if i start a good book or project i will obsess over it until it's complete. i have a love for things well said and enjoy keeping a collection of quotes. i love movies. i am very easily entertained. i enjoy doing anything outdoors and especially love the water. i love to travel and do things on the spur of the moment, and to me, a surprise is just about the best thing in the world!
